Need to fix interleaving on multiple files, anyway to batch process?

I have a large number of pre 1.54 AutoGK encodings which will not play properly in my Philips DVP-642 due to incompatible interleaving.

I believe I can fix the problem using direct stream copy and tweaking the interleave settings, however I only know how to do this one files at at time.

Is there a better way to do this? Some program which will take a list of files and remux? them properly correctly any interleave/index problems.

a virtualdub(mod) job file should do the job pretty nicely... for details on how to write such a thing you'll have to ask over in their forum though... http://forum.doom9.org/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=22
