View Full Version : remove Trailer with DVD Shrink ?

with IC8 i can complete remove Trailer or Extras, how can i make this with DVD Shrink 3.2? i see only the Option "Still Image" but this is not the same.

true. there are other programs that can help by editing the dvd first such as vobblanker, dvdremake etc.

still if you turn the trailer to a still image its not going to be very big so you wouldnt gain too much actually stripping it i would think. this is assuming by trailer you mean a 30second plus preview/trailer.

first just how big is the trailer when you turn i to still frames ? if its just 20mb or such it isnt even worth removing.

go to the ifo/vob editors section and you can find out about programs like vob blanker etc.

DVD Shrink won't completely remove your Trailer and Extras. Most people here pre-process the DVD with other tools for this matter. If your trailers and extras are in there own Titlesets, I'll suggest using PgcEdit. Here's the guide (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=81112). ;)

vobblanker not working with DVD Shrink. i have remove the trailer with vobblanker but DVD Skrink can not oben the new DVD from vobblanker.

questions about using vob blanker or pgcedit should be asked in the ifo/vob editors section aswell. thats where you will get the most help with them. :)
