No program paths after GK 0.32 restart

Hi !
Sometimes I use option in Gordian Knot "Shut down Windows when done". Next day after turning on my computer I see there are no program paths in my GK. Every path window is empty. I tried to reinstall GK and also format my hard disc and still the same problem. I use GK 0.32 beta.
What is the problem ?

I'll tell you what the problem is (technically), but won't tell you how to solve it.

If you kill GK from task manager - all its settings are reset since it can't write them into registry properly. So your windows seems to be killing GK on shutdown improperly.

Hmmm... I had Windows sp1 before. Now I have sp2 after format of my HD. What else can I do ? Why does it have to work improperly ? Maybe it is some kind of bug in this beta GK version ?

Or more probably it is some kind of bug in sp2 :)
