No, but AviSynth has equivalent (and often better) filters for almost all of the VDub only filters. Which one(s) did you want to use?

Doesn't really need to be a virtualdub filter,Just a good sharpening filter.

Hi-

For Internal AviSynth Filters (http://www.avisynth.org/FiltersByCategory) you have Sharpen. For 3rd Part Plugins (http://www.avisynth.org/Section+3%3A+Filters%2C+plugins+and+colorspaces#q3.5) you have MSharpen, ASharp, and Unfilter. And there are others. With the built-in ones, you just add the command line to the .avs. With the third party ones, you first load the plug-in, and then further down, use the command. I know that Unfilter is the fastest, but I don't know which is the best, as I hardly sharpen anything. I think a lot of people use MSharpen.
