[Delphi] How to get Infos about SVCD?

Hello!
I hope somebody can help me with my problem!
I want to open a Mpeg-File with my Program and then i want to get following Informations:

[list=1]
Is the file a valid Svcd-Mpeg-File
Informations about Duration, TV-System (PAL or NTSC) and so on...
[/list=1]

I hope that somebody can post some Delphi-Code ;)
