Correcting Chapter/Cell times ? HELP

After searching a great deal through these forums, I found no guide about how to correct messed up chapters/cells :(

The movie is meant to have 20 Chapters. When I try and browse through the chapters in PowerDVD, after 8 seeks, there are no more chapters. The Menu is the same, when trying to go to chapter 9, it goes to the start of the film.

Upon inspecting the IFO, I see there's only 9 Cells total (the first 8 being reasonable durations for chapters, then the 9th being the rest of the movie ~1hr). Here is how it reads in IFOEdit:

What I want to do, is re-add in all the chapters manually. After reading a few forum threads, I saw that you must demux/remux to create new cells. Since I've been using the "Big 3" guide for so long, and am comfortable with that I have demuxed it with DoItFast4U and plan on changing the chapter points in the txt file DIF4U creates. Then I will remux with Scenarist.

I plan on doing this later today (as I dont have time now to find where I want each chapter and write down the frame), was wondering if I'm on the right track.

Also, I'm curious as to whether this will fix the menu buttons? Do the menu buttons point to just a cell number? or to a frame position?
I'm assuming if they point to just a cell number, after I have recreated the cells/chapters that the menu buttons will point to the corresponding cells.

Any tips anyone can give me would be appreciated :)

Well... that didnt work so great.

First off, ReAuthorist kept crashing everytime I tried to load up the dir with all the files in it. From viewing the logs, it was crashing everytime after loading the original IFO file. So I removed the IFO, then reauthorist loaded up fine.

From there I tried to hit "Author It" to generate the Scenarist import file, and then it crashes again everytime (perhaps due to the original IFO missing? *shrug*).

After giving up on that, I tried to remux with IFOEdit and included the txt file with my new cell times. That muxed fine, however the IFOs that IFOEdit created say the video is ~1hr30mins when in fact its more like 1hr49mins. The video seemed to play back fine, however the chapter points are nowhere near where I put them. Also there's only 17 chapters/cells on this remuxed version, despite me adding in 20 cell times when I remuxed it. Also a question.. What is the (BCD) playtime, and how can I calculate what it should be, based on frames?

Freakin nightmare... any suggestions? (I've had this problem in the past when remuxing something in IFOEdit. It seems to always have the incorrect running time for the whole movie).

Edit: (Update) - I've also just tried Scenaid instead of ReAuthorist, and i get this error:
