View Full Version : Remove a little piece from my dvd without re-encoding

I have a dvd (no protection on it) that has a 9 second segment of video that I wish to remove.
Is there a way I can do this without having to decode and re-encode the whole thing? I don't want to degrade the picture quality if I can help it.

I own Adobe Encore, and premiere pro and can use Virtualdubmod and its filters, so if anyone can suggest a method, it would be really really appreciated.

Thanks

I have also some VOB's I wish to edit and remove a bit at the start and a bit at the end, but it plays ok at the start but it then hangs on at the last bit that has been cut, and it just stays there and won't go back to the menu to play the next item on the menu. Can I do anything to fix it?
Thanks for the help
