Would it be fair to say that the quality if QuEnc is less than CCE but better than Rejig?
Is anyone unhappy with QuEnc quality?
Just looking for some opinions.

CCE is the best by far.
QuEnc is good in my opinion it produces high quality encodes better than IC8.
Rejig is still decent.

CCE and QuEnc are encoders while Rejig is a transcoder. if you are only reducing the total size a small amount (some say up to 20% off) then a transcoder can give good results very fast.
QuEnc quality may not be quite CCE quality but it is very good and costs you nothing. also the actual encoding engine (avcodec.dll from FFMpeg) is still being worked on so should continue to improve. :)
