Putting mpeg2dec3.dll in avi synth plugin folder

I'm getting a message to put mpeg2dec3.dll into the avi synth plug in folder, but when I try to copy and paste it won't go in...what am I doing wrong ?

that directory is specified on path of GK, not actual avisynth dir...
