I've been using the search a lot, but nothing seems to really make a difference. I've been trying out capturing TV-broadcasts lately. White noise reduction seems to be going very well, but i also have some diagonal colored lines (blue and yellow, but the blue ones are more noticable), which i assume are from interference somewhere in the capture process. The lines do not move, so they're not like the white lines you sometimes get.

Now theoreticly this kind of noise should be very easy to detect. The problem is however, that all my knowledge is just that, theoretic, so i have no clue as how to write it. In my search i focussed on solving this problem through a fourier transform, but maybe someone knows another way, which is available, unlike the FT way.
ps. I also tried peachsmoother and guavacomb, but both yielded no results.
