Advice needed: Mixed field order

What would be the best plan of action if you had a source that digitally faded and edited together two sources of differing field order?

I know how to change field order on a complete source, but what if a poorly edited source has changing field order - what would you do.

I was thinking some kind of bob and selectodd/even would be the only way to go, but I thought I'd ask here just in case a better solution presented could be imagined.

Cut project up in 2 parts and encode the 2 separately and then append the 2 parts maybe?

Use Decomb410b4 (http://neuron2.net/decomb/decomb410b4.zip) which doesn't care about the field order.

@scharfis - I dont have a sample clip yet, I'm just forseeing potential problems that I'm going to be facing very soon

@Dreasssica - but what if the two sources are faded into each other?
