Hello all,

I know it is possible to import an *.avs file for rendering in MotionPerfect. BUT is it possible to import MotionPerfect into an AVS file (eg. as a plugin)?? For example has anyone ever thought of creating a plugin that you could do something like this:

AVISource("x:\xx\xx.avi")

#..script..

MotionPerfect(..settings..)

I think it would be great if someone could make a plugin that does such a thing! Because right now I am taking the section of the video I want in slow-motion and have to manually bring in the *.avs file and then render it in Huffyuv and then from there, put it back in the timeline and THEN FINALLY rendering the timeline as MPEG-2.

I want to skip a step so I can just import the *.avs directly into the timeline.

Thanks!

i don't know of anything that does this... motionperfect is proprietary, so it would be difficult to make an avisynth plugin for it. you could email the guys that make it though.

in the meantime you could use manao's MVtools, but i'm not sure it's up to motionperfect's standard (yet...:))
