It appears Cinemacraft has changed the meaning of the "video_type=" parameter in SP Version 2.67. As a result, multipass VBR is being treated as CBR. Sigh... I'll get a fix out -- but I wish those clowns would pick a setting and keep it.

jdobbs is there a fix?

Read this (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=80736) thread. I'll create a v0.58 maintenance release to get this up-and-running.
