There was a site I went to a while back just to use its dvd-r bitrate calculator. (which i've since lost the address of)
It had an encoding guide for tmpgenc, a brief description of the site would be that it used javascript a bit, for example you would move the mouse over the screenshots and they would enlarge to fullsize and most importantly of all it had an excellent java bitrate calculator...
The site was relatively light but nicely done. (white background)
Does anyone know of the site i'm referring?
