I'm sure this question has been posted before so I'm sorry if I'm repeating it, but I wasn't successful in finding the answer on my search through the forum. That AutoGK doesn't work with other rippers is clear to me, but I often have to give advice on ripping and encoding and want to have information that is true. I ususally use Gordian Knot myself, but have used Auto on occasion. My question is this...

The latest RipPack for AutoGK is 1.25 and the latest update is 1.53. There is no tutorial included in the updates, only in the full RipPack. Concerning DVD Decrypter the tutorial states to "make sure that you have the latest version (3.2.2 at the moment)". Of course the latest version isn't 3.2.2 anymore, it's 3.5.1.0. So are the AutoGK updates updated to use the latest DVD Decrypter version and therefore people be told to get the latest Decrypter version when installing, or is it best to use the old version of DVD Decrypter that is mentioned in the guide, or does it not matter as long as the Decrypter version is not older than the one that is mentioned in the guide?

Thanks,
dap

P.S. I also just realized I posted on the Developer's forum, not the main one... Sooooorry

3.5.1.0 will work just fine. Tutorial only gets updated with full stable version, but FAQ is updated more frequently in that respect.
