New to DVD2DVD please help

this is probably a lame question but...

can dvd2dvd actually reencode a full dvd with full menus and extras if needed ?

i found using the program when i got to select the ifo file i can only choose one at a time or the program usually chooses the main ifo file which is the main movie.

does this mean the program can only do movie only rips ?

can someone please just give me quick instructions on how to reencode the whole dvd, ive only ever used other transcoders but i would like to evaluate the quality difference with cce encoding.

Yes, DVD2SVCD is aimed at movie-only rips. There are ways and means to get around this but they are largely unnecessary nowadays.

DVD Rebuilder (http://forum.doom9.org/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=30&forumid=75) is a good place to start for full-disc rips using CCE.
