Obvious things first.... is the disc dirty / scratched?

Arent they 4x DVD+RW discs? If so, it would appear the LG drive doesnt support them very well - it's only offering you 2.4x write speed.

With that out of the way...

Right click on the drive selection drop down list and click 'Erase' -> 'Full'.

Leave it for about 30 mins and then try again.

The erase bit will only appear to take a few seconds but that's because it does most of it in the background. This is the bit you need to wait for.

When it's done, the info panel in ISO Write mode will read

'Formatted: Yes'

If it says anything other than that, it's not finished.

Tried once more. Now it did work. Got the error again at 99 %, but just took retry and it worked. :)

But when I tried to erase disc and used "full" it just stood there. Never passed 0 % (in background). Left the computer on overnight but it was still on 0%. Format: NO. Strange...

Thank you for your replies.

Maybe the new A110 firmware will fix the problem?
Try upgrading to that. You can find it on http://www.rpc1.org
