QuickTime - audio out of sync

Firts, not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question.

I have quicktime movies done by my Dimage Z2 camera, the movies are slightly but still annoyingly out of sync. Is there any app that can correct sync of audio with video in MOV files without transcoding them first? Thanks for any help. I did a search, but still to no avail.
Yeh, one more thing, I am using Windows.

i assume that quicktime (pro) can change the delay of .mov files

Can anybody confirm that this can be sorted out by quicktime pro? Is there any solution at all? I mean without transcoding.
