Ok, so i started from scratch on a new computer, and i cant get this to work.
I have a few avi files that accodring to GSPOT are
Video; 4CC:xvid, Name XviD
[Codec is installed]
Audio: ac3 (0x2000) Dolby Laboratories
[2 compatible Codecs Installed]
Render
Video Path: (S) > AVI Splitter > ffdshow MPEG-4 Video Decoder -> (R)
Audio Path: (S) > AVI Splitter > AC3Filter -> (R)
The files plays just fine in PowerDVD, VLC, Media Player
Then i fire up TMPGEnc 2.5, Wizard
CHose DVD > NTSC > CBR 3000
Select my file
Go in to "Other settings" and set Advanced > Video Arrange > Full Screen Maintain Aspect Ratio 2
Select an output location and fire off The encode.
The resulting file has no audio what so ever when trying to play it in any of the above players. What component am i missing here?
