I encoded a movie using this meathod and the quality is great the only problem is I have "cinema Craft Encoder" water mark on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
How do I get rid of this?? Do I have to buy the retail version?? Are there any meathods that are as high a quality without using CCE??
Thanks, CanadianZ

It all depends on the amount you want to compress. You can get most movies down to about 60 or 70 % compression by removing uneeded extras, in which case you could use dvd shrink or Instant copy 8. But to answer your question yes that watermark is there because you have a trial version of cce. YOu can buy the basic version for 60 bucks and the sp version for like 2000. something crazy like that...

... or you can use DVD Rbuilder with Nic's QuEnc (the best free encoder available) or with Nic's ReJig (wich is not an encoder but a transcoder - like DVDShrink).
