Mpeg to DVD

I’ve capered my movie using my All-In-Wonder card and it produced an Mpeg file. I want to convert this Mpeg file into DVD format (a group of Vob files and both Ifo files). What program(s) are best for this and what is the method of doing it? PS – I don’t want to edit anything, just a straight conversion, and then burn it to a disk to be played on my standalone Sony.
