After Copile With Scenarist

After compile a movie with scenarist do i need to get vts sectors with ifoedit of does scenarist take care of that??

Scenarist is a professional authoring suite, you can do anything with it the DVD-Spec supports and the price is 30000+. So why should any professional need a freeware tool after buying this expensive software.
This should be enough as answer.
