I just purchased CCE Basic. As new releases come out do I get free upgrades?

"Required information for CCE-Basic users :
User name : your serial number for CCE-Basic
Password : the last 8 characters of your license key (Upgrade users from CCE-Lite should use the password we sent you.)"
