I'm having a problem with some vob files on a DVD.
The first 2 titles are encoded at 29.97fps, but the remaining titles are encoding at 23.97fps. This causes a problem with my DVD player as it plays the titles encoded at 23.97 like it's on fast forward.
I've searched through the various walk throughs etc and helpguides for converting from 23.97 to 29.97, however I always seem to have problems with the audio/vido sync.
I wondered if anyone had any tips or specific programs which they use. I'm was using TMPEnc Plus to convert them in the past.
