Hi,
I'm trying to mux a DTS track to an avi file.
I use VDubMod 1.5.4.1.
I get no error, everything seems to work fine when I play the file, the audio is synched.
But, as soon as I do a seek, the audio is not synched anymore.
I have to play the file since the beginning without seeking to keep the audio synched.
I don't have this problem if I use an ac3 stream instead of the DTS.
Any ideas ?
Thx ! ;)

mux with AVImux GUI, not with VDM

I already tried with this one:
AVI-Mux_GUI-1.16.8.zip
And it crashes as soon as I drag and drop a DTS stream (I tried with 2 of them) :(
AppName: avimux_gui.exe AppVer: 1.16.0.0 ModName: avimux_gui.exe
ModVer: 1.16.0.0 Offset: 00066a5d

what if you just add it, by right clicking on the "open file" box?
a crash sounds more like a bug tan anything else...

I tried with AVI-Mux_GUI-1.15.6 and it works :)
So... let's test to see if I still get the problem I explained in the 1st post...

Is it possible to remove audio streams with AVIMux ?
I have a file with already one audio stream, and I would like to keep only the one I want to add.
Thx :)

I don't remember, I left as it is when you launch it.
Thx for your help anyway, I'll try that next time :)

Can you send me the beginning of that DTS file, like about 1 MB, so that I can find out what is happening?
EDIT probably found the problem: If your file name contained 'DELAY' and 'ms', but 'DELAY' not using capital letters, it crashed :oO

How do you want me to cut it ?

First try this patched exe (http://www-user.tu-chemnitz.de/~noe/amg.zip). If the problem still persists, load the DTS file in VDubMods Hexeditor an extract 1 MB.

It works with the patch ;)
So... I assume you don't need the 1mb anymore, do you ?
