If I captured a video from my tv at 640x480, then did some editing to it and such, and streteched it back to 720x480 (using LanczosResize(720,480) in avisynth) and putting it on dvd, when viewed on a tv would it look the same as if I had captured at 720x480? Aspect ratio wise (not quality wise). Or would it look stretched? What resolution would I have to put the 640x480 video at in order to see it properly on tv? Thanks for any help.
