Please help....Ripping single cell

Please help me if you know the answer:

I have a lot of DVD karaoke discs and there are only a few good songs in each DVD. So I want to rip only the songs I like from each DVD and compile into one DVD. Is it possible to do that?

Yup, I guess it's possible.

Use IFO mode and just select a single chapter (or Cell).
