DVD Mainmovie Shrink to 1GB

Hi There,

i want to shrink the DVD Mainmovie to 1 GB. Whats the best way to do it. I think with CCE but i cant find guides who describe that way... How would you do that?

In that case you want to put the movie in "mpeg 4" format (divx, xvid, etc.)
mpeg 2 is for good for higher bitrate. For low is crappy.

yes you are right but i want to shrink it to that size and than burn it to a small 8cm cd. if i shrink it in mpeg4 my dvd player cant read it...

In that case you may go with "SVCD" format (mpeg 2, lower rate)

Anyway what is the capacity of that small 8cm cd? :confused:
