hi,
i've an interesting situation:
when i go to stream processing in ifo mode, i've 0xe0 and 0x80.
when i go to stream processing in file mode, i've 0xe0 and 0x20 (even though the vob doesn't have subs).
is this a bug in the ifo or in DVD D?

If it's showing 0x20 in File mode, that stream IS present.
Check it in VOBEdit if you so wish.

i was investigating this a bit more and noticed
if i select all files and go to stream processing, it shows only
0xE0 and 0x20, because that's what video_ts.vob has (or at least ifo says so)
if i select only vts_??_?.vobs, it shows only
0xE0 and 0x80, which is correct.
to me this is kind of weird. why doesn't it show 0x80 when all files are selected? why does it show 0x20, which is only in 1 vob?

File mode stream processing only runs on the first vob in the list you've selected.
So if you have all files selected, it will indeed read the video_ts.vob file (if there is one), after that, it would be vts_01_1.vob etc.
It would be a nightmare to have it work any other way.
It wasnt such a problem when on the 'Main Movie' files were selected by default because obviously the first vob was then the main movie one.
Anyway, now you know, it wont be a problem.

ok,
thnanks a 1000000 for quick reply.
now that i know, how it works, i'll just deselct video_ts.vob and get what i want.
sweat!
