error in dvd shrink and dvd dycrypter

i have a problem dvd shrink said failed to read e: (thats my dvd rewriter) but i cleaned the dvd but i still got the error

and dvd dycryptor said the same thing only with more details

I'd say your drive just cant read the disc.

There's not much software can do if that's the case.

ywah but bevore he could read dvdees now i put the old ones in and he coulnt read those either

what, backup dvds you mean or originals?

Thats common if you're using cheapo discs. What discs were you using?

I'm not really sure what you want me to say here?! If two programs fail to read them, I think you can safely say its not software related and perhaps the hardware / media is at fault.
