No audio or subtitle choices in AutoGK

With any version of AutoGK newer than 1.25, I cannot select audio or subtitles. The only choice for audio is "Unknown Audio" and there are no subtitle selections. I have followed the tutorial closely and searched the forum, but cannot find anything relating to this.

what is the content of stream info file in the input directory ?

what's you input directory structure ? (i.e. all the files you can see there)

P.S. I hope you select DVD mode and not File mode in AutoGK.
