Hi all,

I'm just wonder is there any possiblity that the Layer() works in YV12 colorspace which will save me doing 3 colorspace conversion between YUY2 and YV12 just to overlaying 2 clips together. The source is in huffyuv I've to convert once into YV12 in order the filters I'm using to work. Then I've to convert out of YV12 inot YUY2 again for both of my clips so that the Layer() would work and it comes back out of YUY2 into YV12 which xvid does automatically. If theres any temporary solution to overlaying 2 clips together in YV12 colorspace? or is there any progress on trying to get the Layer() to work with YV12 colorspace?

Thanks.

I doubt Layer will be changed much if at all, as it's been pretty much been deprecated by Overlay() - why don't you use that instead? It works in both YUY2 and YV12...
