TMPGEnc causes.....black squares in Futurama!.....

hi guys....i have a small problem....i was tinkering/tweaking with TMPGEnc Plus settings , and since then i get with every encode (DVD MPEG2) funny colored blocks when the camera moves or sometimes a character......its hard to describe whats happenin....just theyre big black squares in Futurama! when stuff moves.....also ive reformated since to no avail :(
