Descriptors in PMT

What are the allowed descriptor types in a PMT table?

there the standard ones defined in 13818-1 plus
the 'user-defined' ones: e.g. DVB defines a lot
of descriptors, but they are valid only in DVB context.

My question is that of those defined in 13818-1 is there a subset of those that are allowed. With like the CA_Section (I think that's the one) it specifically says descriptors will be of type CA_Descriptor, however, for the PMT they say reference the descriptor section, but, at least in what I'm reading, the page number is wrong and the section number only specifies 2.6. (i believe). Being in midsentence that trailing period makes me suspicious something was cut off.
