authoring episod disk ?

Hello all

How could i do this ?

i have five episods files, a begin generic and a end generic

I want to make a menu like
1 - episod by episod with begin and end generic
2 - whole disk, episod after episod but no generic

what structure do i use ? multi vts ? and which software is good (ans simple) for this ?
