I'm using Adobe Encore, and while a video is running, I would like to know how to put buttons on top of it? For instance, you insert DVD and it plays a video that shows, say, a balloon falling to the ground, and then rolls back and forth on the ground. How do I get the menu buttons to show up when the balloon hits the ground, without stopping the entire video?
Right now what I have todo is make a video of the balloon falling, then making another video of it rolling back and forth. Play the first video, then have it play the menu with the buttons and the balloon rolling back and forth in the background. But this creates a pause as it stops one video, and plays the menu... I've seen some dvd's introduce buttons/menu's without any pause. Like on the DVD Zoolander. I believe in the options or extras menu, it starts up with this guy dancing and then all the words swirl out of the center and onto the screen. When thier all in place, the little button highlight comes up and your able to select what you want. And theres no pause before the highlights come up to allow you to select what you want. How is that done? Anyways, hope I explained this good enough... Thanks for any help.
