Hi everyone,
I have looked around the forum and can't seem to find what I need to help...
I have an avi file that I want to convert onto dvd. I convert the avi using Cucusoft avi to dvd v4.02. From this I use Ifoedit v.096 to create the dvd files. I then burn the dvd using dvd shrink v3.2
There are two problems:
On one of the files, I am getting a black screen pop up for a split second. This doesn't appear on the original avi, but does appear on the mpeg after conversion. I tried to resolve the problem by switching off power saving, screensaver - no other programme is running. However, after converting again, the black frames come up in exactly the same places.
The second problem is that there is a slight 'judderyness' to the files. I thought I could solve the problem by using a different programme (I tried TMPGenc 2.5 to convert) but then I couldn't get any sound.
Any advice? As you might tell I'm not exactly knowledgable about this sort of thing - but please let me know if you need any more info to give advice. Cheers.
