how can I delete unwanted PGC?

Questions:
1. Does the PGC in question reside in a VTS that has more than one PGC?
2. Do you want to bypass playback on a PGC but with no change in VOB size?

I assume that that in #2, you mean yes that you want to decrease your VOB size. If that's the case, then try using VobBlanker.

VobBlanker removes whole VOB not only PGC, and I want to remove only some of the pgc, and leave the rest.

It suppose to and is documented in VobBlanker 1.4.0.1 Go to Help / Contents / PGC procedures Description / Blanking a Program Chain.
Basically you will select your TitleSet, select PGC 1, and click on Blank button. Repeat with PGC 3. Process.
