I am lost

I am trying to rip a DVD using IFO mode as I want
some chapters (say chapter 5 and 6 out of 1 trough 20) out of a DVD.
I want to use that rip to create and burn a DVD. I
would like to know how to go this. I am using DVD Shrink
and know about setting the start and end feature but
that does not help me or does it?

Rip the whole disc in File mode and then use DVD Shrink to cut out the portion you want into a new DVD.
