6 Wav to AC3 Problem

I want to create an 5.1 AC3 out of 6 mono files with a mux file.
Using Besweet 1.5b18 it says it will make a 5.1 Dolby but it is only a 2.0 one. Using Besweet 1.5b27 I will only get a 3.0 Dolby?
Why ist this so?

grab the SixWAVE2AC3 utility (should be on the Needful Things site, or from the ambisonics thread). It's a nice simple frontend for besweet that lets you click on each of the channels and add a mono wav to it (it has a nice easy to understand 5.1 loungeroom layout picture and you click on each speaker in the room..very idiot proof). you set the sampling rate and bitrate and output ac3 file and it does the rest. works great, been using it for all my mono wav to 5.1 ac3 conversion.
