View Full Version : Multiplex tool using commandline

I've searched a commandline tool to multiplex A/V to a mpg (DVD compliant) and I only found bbMpeg and DVDAuthor.
bbMPEG isn't totally DVD compliant, then I can use DVDAuthor.
I don't know if it's a good choice.
Do you know(recommend) another commandline Muxer ?

Thanks,

Alexandre

mplex.exe is what is included in the DVDAuthor package to mux a/v->mpg.

I've been using mplex+dvdauthor recently and haven't any problems on my standalone. Of course that doesn't mean it's totally dvd compliant...but obviously quite a lot of people use it...

check out Cuttermaran Version 1.59. There's a commandline cutting tool included that can also be called automatically after cutting an mpeg.

Oh it's actually mplex that is bundled with cuttermaran! :)
