But it's all triggered by buying a Home Theatre set with divx

Using r4r I get the following error :

The error isn't is R4R but in c:\r4r_enc.bat, which is a script of yours.
What is c:\r4r_enc.bat?
Can you print it?

R4R_ENC seems to be a batch encoder for r4r from Bilu: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=51228
Both R4R and batch file encoder are not supported and discontinued by their developers. So please try AutoGK as an automated solution.

My script ?
r4r does this, I did not make any script.
I don't know what r4r_enc.bat is.
Search for the file but it is not on my Computer.

After this problem I started searching and found (your) autoGK.
Did not know GK was not supported anymore.

When I use autoGK, can I delete all the files from guardian knot ?
I mean are all the used programms in the autoGK installer ?

Yes, everything is included in the installer (full version 1.25), Plus install latest beta update on top of that - its quite stable.

GK is still supported by len0x, but R4R has not been updated by TheWef since the time of GK 0.28.6, and it has never been an absolute requirement for GK functionality. Users could and still can use DVD Decrypter and DGDecode or DVD2AVI manually.

Recent alpha and beta releases after GK 0.28.8 do not include R4R. The most recent beta release of GK is 0.32. But, as len0x described, you could switch to AGK if you don't want to do much manually. You'll still have to operate DVD Decrypter on your own, of course.

r44r sports a "finalize"-feature that basically calls an external app when all the ripping, demuxing and audio conversion is done. this option is disabled by the default, maybe driel turned it on accidently (without telling r4r what application to call) - hence the error message.
