CCE SP Trial incompatible with SP2?

Recently i upgrade my computer to windows XP SP2 (clean install), but now i have problem with CCE SP 2.67.00.27, close without notice when enconding or in the finish of first pass apper error window and close :(

Anyone got notice of that?

I have CCE SP 2.67.00.27 install and it's working fine with Win XP SP2. Just did a fresh install on a new machine and did DVD-ReBuilder with CCE SP 2.67.00.27.... no problem.

Upgraded sp1 works fine with cce for me, did few encodes during the last few days.

i found my problem, the source was corrupt at the end. I test with another movie and works fine :D

I'm having some problems with CCE myself, after a clean install of XP-SP2. For some reason, CCE is encoding corrupted frames at random, even though the source material is fine. My avi's are using the huffy codec, but I've tested it with uncompressed avi's and its doing it with those too. Here's an example:

I'm using the latest CCE SP Trial, and am doing a test encode with CCE Basic now to see if it does the same thing. Prior to XPSP2, I never had this problem.

Yes, it's fine. As I mentioned, it's not in the source.

Are you using AVISynth or dropping the AVI into CCE directly?

It's doing it with both. I think it *may* be the huffy codec that's causing the problem, as I did an encode from a DV format file and haven't seen any problems. I'll let you know after I do a bit more testing.

I have had nothing but grief with cce 2.66, 2.67 and 2.50 after the sp2 upgrade, not to mention other things gone screwy :(
DVD2DVD <---cce failed to load.
DVD2SVCD<---cce failed to load.
avi2dvd <---cce failed to load. but second time it worked once, nice convertion. Now it always fails again,lol.
avi2dvd update cce 2.50 works now but gives handle error. encode looks fine tho.
Guess I'll manually remove everything for ripping/encoding and start over :(
