"Warning: nothing to output bframe decoder lag"
This announcement shows very often after loading AVI film to VDubMod. But it doesn't disturb program's work. The probem is, that this white announcement is diplayed on the start of encoded film. It is also not possible tu cut this first frame by VDub, because after splitting these white big characters are shown at the begining of a new first frame again.
According to decoders - I have DivX 5.2 and XviD 1.0.1 and also ffdshow installed on my computer.

Thank You Niamh. Sorry, I've been looking for this thread in Virtual Dub forum. This is why I didn't find it. I had no idea this was XviD decoder problem. Thank You once again.
