I'm getting a very low quality audio, when MUXing,
What’s the deal?
When encoding AVI and audio separately what program should I use to compile them back together?

thanks in advance

Audio quality drop while muxing? Are you sure you aren't recompressing it while muxing?

Please post only once on a topic. Forum Rules (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm). It's a waste of time and bandwidth to have multiple threads on the board that address the same topic.

Hmmm...it appears that the Forum Rules page isn't coming up at the moment, but take my word for it, cross-posting is covered.

I don't think so, all I do is select audio tab then JUST MUX, play movie when finished and sound is basically crap. It's very low, I literaly have to pump up the volume till I can hear the hiss from my soundcard. I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this ? or is it my hardware? really quite annoying!
thanks
