I have a 20 seconds clip that is an .mpg I have sound and all but my problem is that the file is a frame size of 160x144 at 25fps. sound is working 22hkz stereo 160kbps layer ll
using tmpg I'm converting it to 352x240 at 29fps. I have the images but I loose the sound. I'm doing this so I can convert it to VCD after.
I tried to extract the sound with virtual dub into a .wav file and it gives the following error message. "ERROR DECODING MPEG AUDIO FRAME. Incomplete frame"
and when I open the file with virtual dub it gives me this warning message "POSSIBLE IMPROPER JOIN"
how can you around this problem?
