Hi all,
I've a video that is captured on tv and the source framerate is in 119.88. I've been trying decimate that video into 23.976. when I watched the video that is I decimated to 23.976 and I noticed some parts of the video panning it quite jumpy. I then I tried decimate the video into 29.97. after I've decimate the video into 29.97 that part where its jumpy in 23.976 is gone but in another part of the video that is panning smoothly in 23.976 its all jumpy in 29.97. So is it possible someone could help me get try to get the video fps into 23.976 and make the parts that is jumpy to play smoothly. Also I've noticed the framerate changes between 23.976 and 29.97 occurs very often.
