Hi everyone, I have a question about CCE field order. As I understand if you feed CCE (2.62) a lower field first AVI and check upper field first in CCE what it does is shift the picture up by one line and then output a top field fist mpeg2 video, is that file now essentially a top field first video? If I need to reencode again using CCE to a lower bitrate should it be treated as a top field first video?
