Looking for black, DVI 17" TFT monitor

Hi,

I've used a Hercules Prophetview 920 DVI ( http://europe.hercules.com/showpage.php?p=92&b=0&f=1 ) in the past and I really liked it.

I'd like a monitor similar to this (it seems to have been discontinued, I can't find it for sale on sites here in Europe)

Can anyone recommend a monitor of similar build quality to this? My must haves are: 17", DVI, preferably black, <= 20ms response time, as thin a border as possible, below €600.

Any ideas?
