2 small dvd's onto one

I have 2 small dvd's (about 2 gig each) that I would like to combine onto one. Is there a small proggie or simple plan on how to do this while keeping the original structure of the two menus? Essentially, a top menu with an option to chose which to watch. Thanks for any help.
